Want to create life-changing experiences for students, advance the frontiers of scientific research, and enrich our community?
Give Now, or read on to learn more about how a gift to scholarships, the ACCESS Program, or Graduate Fellowships can make new opportunities at the College of Science. Thank you!
Scholarships make a lasting difference in the lives of students; that's why the College of Science offers more than one hundred awards for undergraduates studying astronomy, biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics. You can give young people the chance to pursue a world-class education and fulfilling careers in science teaching, industry, and research.
Since 1991, the ACCESS Program for Women in Science and Mathematics has created new opportunities for women to pursue their passion for science at the University of Utah. You can continue this legacy, creating new research opportunities, faculty mentoring, and peer groups for young women in the ACCESS Program.
Help push the boundaries of scientific knowledge and train the scientists, educators, and innovators of the future! Donating to the College of Science Unrestricted Fund is a great way to make sure that your gift goes wherever it's most needed, supporting scholarships, science lectures, improved classrooms and laboratory spaces, and new programs for students in need.
The students who are now working toward their Master or Doctoral degrees will play key roles in the science community as researchers, educators, and future leaders of scientific inquiry. You can give these students the resources they need complete their education with a gift to graduate fellowships. Even better, the University of Utah and College of Science have joined together to offer a 2:1 match on any gift made to graduate fellowships this year. This is a great way to triple the impact of your gift!
The Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics & Astronomy each have countless programs, scholarships, and community outreach efforts of their own. Wherever your passion lies, you can help advance research and education with a gift to one of these department funds.
