Our research group focuses on understanding fundamental mechanisms of photobodies in controlling chloroplast biogenesis in different plant species in response to various environmental stresses using a combination of molecular biology/cell biology/and genetic techniques. Our research will significantly enhance our understanding of molecular and cellular mechanisms of chloroplast biogenesis/which will ultimately apply to develop resilient green crop species.
