Now is the time to make your plans for the College of Science Homecoming, September 27-28, 2019.

On Friday, September 27, we're throwing a party at the College of Science and want you to come. We promise an evening filled with activities celebrating and exploring science and mathematics. Enjoy family-friendly demos, hands-on experiments, department tours, a panel discussion, and much more.

Science Open House

  • Date: Friday, September 27, 2019
  • Time: 4:30 - 6:00 pm
  • Cost: FREE to the public
  • Location: Crocker Science Center (CSC) (GoogleMaps)
  • Free Parking: Chemistry Lots (Parking Map)
  • Program: Demonstrations, activities, and tours will start at 4:30 pm. The program will include family-friendly activities related to astronomy, biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics. Moving at their own pace, attendees can watch a physics show, see chemicals explode, peer into the microscopic world, stargaze using special daytime telescopes, and more.

Frontiers of Science: Distinguished Alumni Panel

  • Program: Join five distinguished alumni panelists working in cutting-edge fields as they explore the future of science and technology.
