When looking at the QA placement guide, be sure to look at the far right column, which lists the progression of classes for science majors. Avoid taking classes that are not on the calculus track, such as Math 1030 Quantitative Reasoning, Math 1040 or 1070 which are introductory statistics classes, and Math 1090 Business Algebra.
